While gentle exercise and stretching are important along with good, nutritious food, aromatherapy can play a huge role alleviating many health issues or problems that may come up, offering a natural remedy option for sleep, stress, energy, focus and relaxation. 

To get you started a few generally safe essential oils that can be used in a diffuser during the 1st trimester and on the body cautiously after from the second trimester onwards - recognised by Robert Tisserand and the industry standard:

  • Anise, Arnica, Basil, Bitter Almond, Camphor, Carrot Seed, Cassia, Cedarwood, Cinnamon, Clary Sage, Clove, Fennel, Hyssop, Jasmine, Myrrh, Oregano, Parsley, Pennyroyal, Rue, Sage, Sweet Birch, Sweet Marjoram, Thyme...
