​How do I

place an order?

For ordering online:  

-You can shop by directly clicking add to cart or by choosing the shop tab.

-Select the collection you're looking for and click the link.

-Select the products by adding to cart. 

For Bio-resonance hair screening and/or personalised imprinted drop orders: 

-Select Bio-resonance from the shop page.

-Select the appropriate collection from the bio-resonance page.

-Select a bio-resonance hair screening or personalised drops/essential oils by selecting and adding to cart. Be sure to add your contact details including your email address. Emailed instructions will then be emailed to your nominated email address within 1 day.

Payment

& Shipping

Payment: We accept Paypal, Credit Cards and Afterpay via the website checkout. 

We do not accept cheque or any other form of payment not listed. All product prices on the website are in $AUS and are subject to change without any notice due to the varying market price. Orders confirmed and paid for will be honoured at the price for that order paid only, any changes will be treated as a new order.

 

International purchasing: Is currently unavailable, continue checking in or subscribe for updates.

Shipping: National shipping within Australia is a minimum flat rate of $10 unless otherwise stated. Free shipping only applies after a $100 purchase has been applied to sales/special offers and is approved/promoted by Divine Remedies that does not include the shipping price. Free shipping will apply only after any discounts, sales or other specials are included and discounted. All orders must be paid for and cleared by accounts in full before shipment/delivery or pick up. Shipping is added separately at checkout prior to payment. We will ship goods using our nominated service provider. We do not use any customer provided courier service. Delivery is available within the local area when selected at the cart. There is a $5 delivery fee for all orders then free after $30 purchase in one single order. Goods may be collected in person if organised by and after confirmation from Divine Remedies. All orders should be checked and any issues must be lodge in writing to info@divineremedies.com.au within seven (7) days of receipt of goods.

Returns

Refunds

RETURN/REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY
Customer must notify Divine Remedies within seven (7) days any issues, errors or damage. Notification may be made by email at info@divinerememdies.com.au, you will then receive an RA number (return authority) for return or refund. Photographs of the issue, error or damage may be requested and must be submitted if requested, before any returns or refunds will be accepted. All returns, exchanges or refunds must comply with state laws and as such an exchange of the same product or refund for the value of the purchase price excluding postage will be offered for products received damaged or an incorrectly received item. We do not accept returns for incorrect choices, change of mind, damaged caused by the purchaser or spilled product. Claims made after seven (7) days from receipt of goods will be accepted only at the discretion of Divine Remedies and State Laws. 
A Return Authority (RA number) must be provided prior to returning any products. No credit, return, exchange or refund will be issued without a Return Authority. Product(s) must be returned in as new condition, unused, and undamaged(with the exception of postal/received damage), for a refund to be approved by Divine Remedies.
No Cancellations on purchases after receipt of payment and order has cleared from checkout. Any exchanges, refunds or cancellations are at the discretion of Divine Remedies and in accordance with State Laws.
