How do I
place an order?
For ordering online: Choose the product page tab. Find the collection your looking for and select that picture Eg: "Kids Range", it will open to that product page. Choose the quick add to cart button or for more information about that product select the product picture and then you can add to cart.
For in-store purchases: Find one of our stockists/retailers and purchase in store.
Current Stockist: Exclusively at MPOWERED Health and Wellness and Online.
For e-consult and personalised orders: Complete and submit the online E-Consult order form then under form select your choice of E-Consult + Personalised Blend, E-Consult or just a Personalised blend and add to cart for payment. Once both have been completed and payment has been received in full, you will receive an email for your consultation and Personalised blend will be finalised and sent to the address provided by you.
For phone orders: Phone orders will be accepted at the discretion of Divine Remedies by either credit card or paypal under strict conditions. All payments must be approved in full prior to delivery of product being sent.
Payment: Is accepted by Paypal, Credit Cards via the website checkout. In store: by cash, eftpos or credit card. Australian Customer purchase price includes the GST. We do not accept cheque or any other form of payment not listed. We do not have a minimum order requirement. International purchasing is currently unavailable, continue checking or subscribe for updates. All product prices on the website are subject to change without any notice due to the varying market price. Orders confirmed and paid for will be honored at the price for that order only, any changes will be treated as a new order.
Shipping: National shipping is a minimum flat rate of $10 unless otherwise stated. Free shipping only applies after a $100 purchase has been applied or on sales/special offers or approved by Divine Remedies. Free shipping will apply only after any discounts, sales or other specials are included. All orders must be paid for and cleared by accounts in full before shipment/delivery or pick up. Shipping is added separately at checkout prior to payment. We will ship goods using a nominated service provider by our choosing. We do not use any customer provided courier service. Goods may be collected in person at our point of dispatch within the opening hours and after confirmation from Divine Remedies.
All orders should be checked and any issues must be lodge within seven (7) days of receipt of goods.
Customer must notify Divine Remedies within seven (7) days any issues, errors or damage. Notification may be made by email, in person or telephone and you will receive an RR number (return authority) for return or refund. Photographs of the issue, error or damage may be requested and must be submitted if requested, before any returns or refunds will be accepted. This can also be provided in person with the product in store. All returns, exchanges or refunds must comply with state laws and as such an exchange of the same product or refund for the value of the purchase price only excluding postage will be offered for products received damaged or an incorrectly received item. We do not accept returns for incorrect choices, change of mind or spilled product. Claims made after seven (7) days from receipt of goods will be accepted only at the discretion of Divine Remedies and State Laws.
A Return Authority (RR number) must be provided prior to returning any products. No credit, return, exchange or refund will be issued without a Return Authority. Product(s) must be returned in as new condition, unused, and undamaged(with the exception of postal/received damage), for a refund to be approved by Divine Remedies.
No Cancellations on purchases after receipt of payment and order has cleared from checkout. Any exchanges, refunds or cancellations are at the discretion of Divine Remedies and in accordance with State Laws.
